This website is operated by Blacksunset OÜ, located in Estonia.
By visiting our site or placing an order, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Online Store Terms

All products are made to order. That means:

  • Orders go into production after confirmation
  • Estimated delivery is typically 3–18 business days within Europe
  • Since items are produced individually, returns are limited (see section 6)

You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information during checkout.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — designs, text, graphics, photos, and products — is the intellectual property of Anti Soosaar / Blacksunset OÜ.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the site or its products without written permission.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Payment is processed securely via Shopify and supported gateways.
We do not store payment information.

5. Shipping

We ship across Europe via trusted fulfillment partners.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the product.
You will receive tracking info when your order is dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong size or change of mind.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is faulty or damaged
  • The wrong item was received

To request a return, please contact us at info@blacksunset.ee within 14 days of receiving your order, with photos and order number.

If approved, we’ll either replace the item or issue a refund.

7. Cancellations

You can request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order.
After that, production may have started and cancellation may not be possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure accuracy and reliability.
However, we do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not liable for:

  • Delays or failures due to third-party providers
  • Losses resulting from misuse of the product
  • Minor variations in size, color, or placement due to manual production tolerances

9. Privacy

We process your data according to our Privacy Policy.
By using this site or placing an order, you consent to that policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable European regulations.
Any disputes will be resolved in the Estonian courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
